Clean and peel potatoes. Cut in equal sized small cubes. Fry them in hot oil over medium heat till golden brown. In another pan add 1 tsp oil, add red chilli powder, salt and fried potatoes. Mix for 1 min over low heat. Then add chopped coriander and mix well. Add tomato pure and simmer for 2 mins on low heat. Serve dry with chopped green chiles over it. Ensure that crispiness of potatoes is not lost. The sauces cover them well and keep it dry too.

- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup tomato puree
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup cilantro
- oil (for frying)
- green chiles (chopped to garnish)
