Horseradish Beef

Cut the meat into large cubes and brown in a little oil in a large casserole. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened. Then add the ginger, curry, sugar and flour and cook for a few minutes stirring regularly. Then stir in the stock and Worcestershire sauce and bring to the boil. Cover the casserole and simmer for 5 mins. Put in a pre-heated oven at 150c for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender. Stir in the Horseradish cream and sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
