  • 115 grams butter
  • 2 green chillies (deseeded and sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 slices fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 shallot (or 2 spring onions)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 green chiles (deseeded and sliced)

  • 2 slices fresh gingerroot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 shallot (or 2 spring onions)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

  • 1 pinch of pepper
