Serves: 4 - 6
- 115 grams butter
- 2 green chillies (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 slices fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 1 shallot (or 2 spring onions)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 4 ounces butter
- 2 green chiles (deseeded and sliced)
