Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9in springform pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In a small bowl, toss 1/2 Cup mini chips with flour to coat and then stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 Cup chips evenly over top. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill thoroughly.

- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon flour
