- 313 millilitres Parmesan cheese Grated
- 75 millilitres wholewheat flour
- 1000 millilitres macaroni
- 125 millilitres breadcrumbs
- 2⅕ fluid ounces butter Melted
- 21⅞ fluid ounces milk
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 26⅓ fluid ounces mature cheddar Grated
- 10⅞ fluid ounces Parmesan cheese Grated
