Introduction
I came up with sandwich using the Additions Menu at The Grilled Cheese Truck. I theorized this would be a winning combination, and turns out, I'm right!

- Heat an iron skillet over medium flame.
- Set one slice of cheese on first slice of bread.
- Layer the streaky bacon, apple, onion, and Basil as you please.
- Set the other slice of cheese on that, and top with remaining slice of bread.
- Throw a pat of butter into skillet, and roll it around until it stops foaming.
- Set sandwich in butter and set a loose sheet of foil on top.
- Lift occasionally with a spatula to check and cook until it is browned to your liking. Flip sandwich and repeat process, minus the foil. Add more butter before flipping if you think you need it.
- Set on plate. When cool enough to touch, cut in half diagonally.
