Heat oven to 175 Deg C Mix all ingredients together in a bowl take small pieces at a time and roll into small balls and put on a lined tray I then use a fork and dip it into some confectioners' sugar on a plate and lightly press the fork into the ball Bake until light golden They will be soft so do not attempt to lift for a minute or so then Cool on a wire tray Sandwich with Jam/melted chocolate or 2 oz butter and enought confectioners' sugar to make a cream consistancy and spread on one side then use anothe biscuit to sandwich together At this stage you can eat them, or you can drizzle some icing or melted chocolate on top Let cool and Enjoy
