Peel the orange and cut out the white, make the chunks bit-size. 10 minutes before serving just mix with the fresh herbs and that is it!!!! It has a wonderful taste when your mouth is still burning after eating very spicy and helps to cool off
Introduction
I always have a problem with desserts after a spicy diner and my friend doesn't like sweet desserts, so I tried to mix his favourite fruit en herbs en it tasted very goooood!!!!!!!!

- 1 large orange (untreated, for 2 portions)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon mint leaves (chopped)
