Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. In a jug, combine milk and eggs - put to one side. In a separate large bowl, combine all other ingredients and thoroughly mix (using hands is best) Make a well and combine milk mixture until all well mixed. Spoon batter into muffin tins (lined with cases is best - otherwise well greased) until about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-30 minutes until quite firm to the touch. .
