Very gently fry the onion, anchovies, capers, parsley, garlic, rosemary and thyme, pepper, oregano and chili in the oil until the onion has softened. Spoon about a third of the herby mixture into the bottom of an ovenproof dish and place the bream on top. Toss the potatoes in the remaining herby mixture and arrange around the fish. Pour any remaining herby oil over the fish and cook at (190C) oven for 20 minutes
