- 4 sprigs fresh flatleaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 59 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
- 29 large green olives (pitted)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 medium egg (beaten)
- 30 grams breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- 4 sprigs fresh italian parsley (finely chopped)

Method
Fried Green Olives in a Crunchy Batter is a community recipe submitted by Krakra58 and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
- Mix the chopped parsley with the crumbled feta and mix well.
- Stuff the olives with some of this mixture.
- Put the flour in a shallow dish, and whip the egg in a second dish and the breadcrumbs in a 3rd dish.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat.
- Place some olives at a time in the flour, then in the egg and last in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry them 1 minute in the oil until golden brown. With slotted spoon remove from frying pan and let them drip on a papertowel. Fry more...
