Place all your ingredients in one pot and mix well. Place another pot on the stove with water where you will place your pot with ingredients over water cooking it slowly without burning. Keep stirring as the mixture gets thicker.

I love the versitile way of using the mustard sweet enough to eat with veg and sharp enough for all sorts of meat....mmmmm

- 4 tablespoons dried mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon butter
