Spice and Lime Chicken

In a large bowl, mix together the first six ingredients. Slash the chicken breasts 4 or 5 times without cutting all teh way through. Put the chicken and vegetables in the marinade and coat everything completely. Leave in the fridge for 20 mins to infuse flavours. Grill chicken and veg on a high heat until chicken is cooked through. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with rice or naan breads.

- 1 pinch of chilli powder
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
- 1 red pepper (or green, deseeded and cut into chunks)
- 1 onion (halved and cut into chunks)
- 5 fluid ounces natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon curry paste
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- juice of 1 lime
