Lemon Pepper Chicken With a White Wine Sauce

Cut each fillet in half so it is thin and it cooks quicker. Rub each fillet with the salt pepper and lemon juice. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. A few minutes on each side or until its golden. Let the chicken sit on a plate while you make the sauce. In the same pan the chicken was cooked in, add a splosh of white wine and the butter. Let it melt and cook for about 2 minutes. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
