Chocolate Brownie Cakes

Preheat oven to 150C. Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until combined. Allow to cool. Place chocolate, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. Sift in the flour, baking powder, unsweetened cocoa and a pinch of salt and stir. Pour into patty cases and bake for 45 mins, checking with a skewer.

- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
