cook the pasta until right before its al dente drain the pasta and return it to the pot add a can of whole peeled tomatoes and smash the tomatoes with a wooden spoon, they'll be easier to eat later turn the heat down to low place the pat of butter in the center of the pot on top of the pasta and tomatoes add black pepper to taste, i like it spicy simmer gently until the butter melts serve and douse with parmesan cheese my mouth is watering at the thought!!!
Introduction
this is an extremely simple, warm and comforting meal. I always have the ingredients in the pantry so I can make it whenever the urge hits me. Its especially good when I feel cold or want to feel snuggled...its just a bowl of hot, spicy deliciousness!
