First, sauté the minced garlic and onions into the pan with olive oil or if you don't have olive oil, you can sauté it with melted butter. Next, when the garlic is already in it's brownish color, and onions are a bit transparent, place the shrimp into the pan and wait until the shrimp is in it's perfect color. Next, when the shrimp is cooked, put the ginger and chili into the pan and put a dash of asian sesame oil into the pan. And for the last step, mix the herb spice and balsamic vinegar to the sautéed ingredients and put the rice into the pan. And keep mixing until the rice has a light brown color. This is because of the balsamic vinegar.
Introduction
I am submitting this recipe because I think this dish is very delicious and spicy. And I just made it myself with all the ingredients my mom has at home. So I made a few experiments and had a great result.

Additional Information
For the shrimp, I sometimes cook the shrimp still with its tail on but if you want you can remove all the shell. And this dish, it serves up to 2-3 persons. But because it is so delicious, I don't share it, I just eat it alone. :)

Nigella makes a Christmas spicy shrimp that she does in a huge pot on her stove top. It has all kinds of spices and chilis in it but I have never seen on her show where she puts rice in it. The spicy shrimp is dumped into a large bowl and served at Christmas. It is a wonderful dish and I have made it from her recipe for years and years for my seven - fish Christmas Eve meal.
