Impromptu "Kachoomar"
A community recipe by MannacookNot tested or verified by Nigella.com
Introduction
In the staple North Indian fare I had growing up, all of our masala-rich food was always complemented by "Kachoomar," a simple salad of tomato, onions, and cucumber, with a light tangy squirt of lemon juice. Today, a lot of people forget to add that essential coolth in the sub-continental heat. It's something I've been trying to add on my own whenever I have a traditional Pakistani meal. This is something I made impromptu when the usual stuff wasn't around, and is yummy as a side for any hot Indian dish, or anything else really!

Additional Information
Nothing here needs any measurements... But the red chilli powder being very sharp... I would say half tsp per person (considering this as a side serving)
