  • 100 grams butter (at room temperature)
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 grams flour (00 flour)
  • 50 grams potato flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ orange (juice of)
  • 1 orange (peel of)
  • 3½ ounces butter (at room temperature)
  • 3½ ounces sugar
  • 7 ounces flour (00 flour)
  • 1¾ ounces potato flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ orange (juice of)
  • 1 orange (peel of)

Method

  1. Mix sugar and butter very fast, add the peel of orange (I've cut it using a mix) and the juice. At the end att flours and backing powder.
  2. Put the dough in the fridge covered by cling film for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Then use cookie cutters and make biscuits.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
