- 100 grams sugar
- 200 grams flour (00 flour)
- 50 grams potato flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ orange (juice of)
- 1 orange (peel of)
- 3½ ounces butter (at room temperature)
- 3½ ounces sugar
- 7 ounces flour (00 flour)
- 1¾ ounces potato flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ orange (juice of)

- Mix sugar and butter very fast, add the peel of orange (I've cut it using a mix) and the juice. At the end att flours and backing powder.
- Put the dough in the fridge covered by cling film for 20-25 minutes.
- Then use cookie cutters and make biscuits.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
