Peel the potatoes, slice them in to small cubes, cook them in boiling water with a pinch of salt, chop the sauer cucumbers. If the potato's are ready take them out. Pot with stock bring it to boiling and reduce flame to small put the cucumbers, cooked potatoes, cook for 10 -15 m. Serve with the dot of sour cream at the center of the plate.
