Goat Cheese French Style

wash the pepper's cut them in half's remove the seeds, lay them down on form to bake ,skin down and bake them in 180C as long as skin gonna be brown, after that peel them form skin, and cut in to piece's. Cut the cheese in to slice's,onion;s in to disks, courgettes in to half slices, crush the garlic. Onion, courgettes and garlic pre fry on 2 tbsp of oil add pinch of salt & pepper, then add pepper's olives, chopped parsley. To lime juice add half of tbsp of salt & pepper and mix with the rest of oil. Cover the salad with the sauce:)
