Cook the potatoes, dice them all sprinkle with salt and pepper, peel the apple dice it too. Cover the apple with lime juice Mix the potatoes nuts and oil. Chop nicely the spring onion and parsley, mix mustard with yogurt. Cook the eggs, peel them cut them in to little moon's Put them on a potato's mixture, cover with spring onion & parsley and sauce. Enjoy
