This is so easy to make, and no cooking involved, and it is so yummy.....although its not very healthy it sure puts a smile on my face!

This is so easy to make, and no cooking involved, and it is so yummy.....although its not very healthy it sure puts a smile on my face!

Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

Metric Cups
  • 1 packet digestive biscuits
  • 300 grams milk chocolate (cooking chocolate bars)
  • 1 handful mini marshmallows
  • white chocolate chips
  • 28 grams butter
  • 1 packet graham crackers
  • 11 ounces milk chocolate (cooking chocolate bars)
  • 1 handful mini marshmallows
  • white chocolate chips
  • 1 ounce butter

Method

  • Melt the chocolate, i normally melt in microwave with a tablespoon of water.
  • Break biscuits either in a bowl with a rolling pin or food processor (I'm lazy!) melt butter in microwave and add to biscuit mixture.
  • Add melted chocolate to biscuit mixture and mix well, then add marshmallows and white chips.
  • transfer the mixture to a tin (with greaseproof paper or buttered) leave in fridge for 2 hours or till set.
  • Cut up into squares and serve!
