Ingredients

Serves: 1 TART

Metric Cups
  • 500 millilitres strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 packet strawberry jelly
  • 1 packet tennis biscuits
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can boiling water
  • 17½ fluid ounces strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 packet strawberry jell-o
  • 1 packet tennis biscuits
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can boiling water

Method

  • Place the cookies on the bottom of a glass dish.
  • Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk.
  • Mix the jelly with the boiled water separately, until the jelly's dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
  • Combine the yoghurt and condensed milk with the jelly mixture.
  • Pour everything over the cookies.
  • Place in fridge until set.
