Hot and Golden Chicken Soup

Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the onion, let it sweat for a little bit before adding the curry powder and the rice. Stir well and pour over the chicken stock and let it all cook for 10 minutes. Then add the chicken meat and let it cook for another ten minutes. Add the peas just a couple of minutes before the 10 minutes have passed and remove the pan from the heat. Add the cream and some pepper and you're done. Serve the soup with a spoon of chopped tomatoes in the middle and some parsley on top and the bread or/and biscuits of your choice.
