Anchovy Red Sauce

Saute in olive oil about three tbsp and two pats of butter 4 garlic cloves crushed one large sweet vidalia or sweet onion diced and one can of anchovy fillets without their oil saute until anchovies disappear add your salt and pepper Kosher only fresh ground pepper only add one tablespoon of basil and one teaspoon oregano garlic powder keep sauteing then add the large can of crushed tomatoes add the small can of diced or six diced plum tomatoes cook for twenty minutes add the rest of the butter in pieces when it has dissolved on its own the sauce is ready serve this sauce over your favourite pasta ENJOY!!!

Additional Information
I never tell anyone that this sauce contains anchovies because they have such a bad reputation and people don't even want to hear what I have to say about them being in this sauce. So my advice is to let them eat this and when they tell you how good it is then you can tell them what they just ate! Good garlic bread and a salad finish it off just right.
