Creamy Corn Flour Cake

Blend the liquid ingredients (eggs, butter, milk) in a blender. Add the dry ingredients (sugar, corn meal, parmesan cheese, baking powder) and blend well. Put the cake mixture in a mould previously greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour. Bake the cake in preheated oven (330 F) for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and done. et the cake cool down. Remove the cake from the mould and serve.
Introduction
It's a delicious with tea and coffee.

- 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups sugar
- ½ cup cornmeal
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
