In a medium saucepan mix the condensed milk, cocoa powder and milk. Over low heat cook, stirring, until thickened, and you can start seeing the bottom of the pan. It will take around 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add the butter and vanilla extract. Turn the batter onto a greased plate, and let it rest until cool enough to handle. You can cover with a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerated overnight. Form into small balls and cover with chocolate sprinkles. Serve in small paper cup holders. They are delicious! This recipe will give you around 120 brigadeiros. If kept in the refrigerator they will be fine for a good week!
