Melt butter. Sift flour, bicarbonate,baking powder and cocoa powder together. Add sugar. Mix melted butter with egg, yogurt and milk. Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients, then add chocolate pieces mixing always with fork to avoid forming clumps. Fill up muffin/cupcake tins and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°.
