Vegan Raisin Rum Cake

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a square 6x9 inch baking tray with baking paper. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well. Add soy milk and applesauce and stir again. Add raisins and rum extract and stir a final time. Pour batter in pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Introduction
This cake is not only fat free and vegan, it's delicious and moist!

- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ cup apple sauce
- 1 cup raisins
