Take a Cheese scone and fill it with Philadelphia cheese and a large dolop of Chilli Jam. Wash down with a glass of Apple Cider. The Cream cheese tempers the Chilli jam without totally over riding the the flavour. It could be varied with plain scone and clotted cream with Pear Cider or Apple Jack. I shall enjoy the experiment!

Introduction
More a use than a recipe. I love the Chilli jam recipe (the 150 grams Chilli and 150 gram sweet pepper version)
