Grown Up Tuna Sandwich

Heat oil in skillet and add carrot, celery, and green onion and saute until tender. Add tuna and saute until liquid is absorbed. Add cream and remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon equal amounts onto tortillas and roll. Make sure to fold ends in before rolling to keep filling in. Clean skillet out and heat 1 Tablespoon oil to medium. Place tortilla rolls in skillet and turn often until crispy and brown. ENJOY!
