Quick Pesto Bread

Sift flour and baking powder and add salt and pepper to taste Whisk eggs, oil and milk Mix the 2 together lightly but thoroughly and split into 2 bowls In the one add pesto In the other add sun dried tomato paste Fold the flavours in lightly, aiming for a rippled effect and then layer in a standard bread loaf pan. (I lightly butter, flour and then place baking parchment or grease proof paper in the bottom) Grate some parmesan on top and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Introduction
a quick bread (takes 5 minutes to mix up) that is fragrant and great to serve at a braai or a dinner party.

- 3 tablespoons pesto (basil)
- 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste (or pesto)
