Ingredients
Serves: 20 wine bottles.
- 15 litres water
- 2½ kilograms sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons brewers yeast
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons tartaric acid
- 26⅖ pints water
- 5½ pounds sugar

Additional Information
If it is really hot, I recommend you store your bottles in a cool spot (like under the house). I had one blow a hole in my sleep out roof last year!! They can get very volatile if left to long!
