Grind freshly grated coconut, mustard seeds and turmeric powder. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and red chiles. When the seeds start to crackle, add curry leaves. To this, add the ground mixture as of step 1. Add salt and rice and mix well. Turn-off the heat and add the lemon juice and mix well.
Introduction
Easiest to prepare. Can be prepared with leftover rice.

- 4 teaspoons grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 red chiles
- 10 curry leaves
- salt (to taste)
