  • 1 mug flour (not cup)
  • 1 mug caster sugar (not cup
  • 200 grams chocolate powder (not cocoa)
  • 1½ mugs almonds (grated, can use hazelnuts or any nuts)
  • 125 grams margarine

Mix together all the ingredients

  • Line a large baking tray and pour the mixture spreading it evenly
  • Cook for 20-25 mins
  • Take out of the oven and let it rest for a few mins
  • Cut up into bitesize squares and take out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Done!
