Metric Cups
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • salt (a little)
  • harissa paste (half a jar)
  • 2 red peppers (roasted, drained)
  • 3 sundried tomatoes (pieces of, drained)
  • ½ gram sweetcorn (drained)
  • gram water (from the cooking of the pasta)
  • pasta

  • Whilst the pasta is cooking, grind the garlic with the salt.
  • Purée the peppers, harissa, tomatoes and garlic & salt.
