Preheat oven to 180 C. mix together all ingredients of part 1 until nice and smooth, and yeast has mixed in. Cover mixture with plastic wrap and leave to rise in warm place until mixture has fully risen and yeast is bubbling. Put flour and salt in deep bowl and mix together. pour on risen yeast and start mixing slowly. mix in 3 cups of water and mixture is smooth. Divide mixture into 15 round 2cm thick pieces. cover with plastic wrap and leave warm place to rise for 20 minutes. Bake in oven for 25 minutes on 180 C.

- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 8 cups white flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 cups warm water
