- 1 kilogram tomatoes (cored and chopped)
- 1 tin plum tomatoes (400g tin)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium cucumber (peeled)
- 2 slices bread (day old, dipped in water then squeezed)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 60 millilitres sherry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 salt
- 2⅕ pounds tomatoes (cored and chopped)
- 1 tin plum tomatoes (400g tin)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium cucumber (peeled)

- 2⅛ fluid ounces sherry vinegar

Additional Information
Garnish with a selection of chopped peppers, hard boiled egg or a slice of lemon, add ice cubes and serve If you really cannot wait a few hour will do I sometimes add herbs such as parsly or tarragon to it if serving at a dinner party but herb in to the ice cubes before freezing its a very nice touch
