  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • malt vinegar
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 ounce whole wheat bread
  • 4 ounces walnuts
  • 6 cloves garlic

Method

  • Now add the juice of a lemon and season blitz again add about 1 tbls white wine vinegar turn the machine on and drizzle olive oil in till you get the required texture, it should be like thick dip throw a hand full of parsley in and blitz once.
  • Leave overnight before serving.
