Serves: 4-5 glasses
- 4 medium green mangoes Peeled and cut in half
- 500 millilitres water
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds Dry roasted and ground
- 2 teaspoons black pepper Coarsely ground
- 3 teaspoons black salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves Chopped
- 4 medium green mangoes Peeled and cut in half
- 17½ fluid ounces water
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds Dry roasted and ground
- 2 teaspoons black pepper Coarsely ground
- 3 teaspoons black salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves Chopped

Add chaat masala to have a zing You can also store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days . Note that the consistency should be not too thick rather light.If it becomes thick add crushed ice or chilled water in the individual glasses and then pour the drink, stir well.
