Peel the grapefruit, divide and remove membrane. Thinly slice avocado lengthways. Chop cheese into small pieces. Mix grapefruit, avocado, olives and cheese. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Add any dressing. I recommend balsamic vinegar. (Eat before the avocado discolours).
