Preparation: Cook the Crabeye Beans and the Red Kidney Beans as directed in the cooking instructions. Chop onion. In a pan, heat oil. Simmer onion and garlic. Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, cumin, chilli powder and tomato juice. Stir for about 5 minutes. Add the beans to the mixture. Add lime juice and stir.
