Steam the potato (or re-heat of it was cooked earlier). In a medium pan, heat the oil and place salmon fillet. Add water and curry powder and poach for a 2-3 moments. Heat your dinner plate and place on it your hot potato. With a fork, smash it down a bit to collect the sauce. To the pan, add peas and cream; season and cook further one minute until peas are cooked. Place the fish atop the smashed potato and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle over the chopped chives. Enjoy with a glass of white wine!
