Simple Iced Coffee

Melt the coffee, sugar and syrup with a little boiling water. Fill the blender with ice and add all the other ingredients and then blend for a minute or so until all the ice is crushed. Pour into a long glass and enjoy.

Delicious and very easy iced coffee. Perfect for hot, sunny days.

Serves: 2
- ½ can evaporated milk
- 1 tub single cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon syrup
- ice cubes
