I added some pistachios to give it some nutty texture. Used shortbread biscuits with salted butter for the base. Mixed mascarpone cheese with whipping cream & confectioners sugar; added vanilla bean paste to the mix. Set it for about 2 hours. Garnished with chopped strawberries & blueberries
