A very welcome treat this lockdown, and a good time filler while on furlough! I did double the quantities for the base as that is my favourite part of a cheesecake so I’ll take as much as I can get, but otherwise made as written. Just Love the autumnal smell and taste of the maple and pecans, and the comforting smoothness of the cheesecake filling.
