Anise Myrtle-infused 'Wintry' Summer Pudding In the depths of this rather English winter here Down Under, I made this with blueberries and blackberries I had frozen at the end of the season. The fruit is infused with anise myrtle and, because I love the crust on gluten free bread, I used the crusts as outside decoration of the pudding. Delicious served with home-made desert lime dairy free ice cream!
