I didn't have an egg shaped cutter so I made a shape out of cardboard, sat it on the dough and cut around it. I used the small end of a jigger for the yolk hole. They came out a bit rough around the edges and reminded me of fried eggs, hence the photo staged in a frying pan! Happy Easter
